What we build and integrate.
We engineer, program, integrate, and support audiovisual systems for the rooms where your organization meets, presents, and shares information. We work with enterprises, federal agencies, financial institutions, and universities. Rooms range from small collaboration spaces to executive boardrooms. We regularly support Zoom and Teams.
We integrate displays, microphones, loudspeakers, audio processing, content sharing, cameras, conferencing hardware, and room control. These installations show how the systems vary by space:
- Fiserv Innovation Center: we installed 12 NanoLumens direct view LED walls, including five across the four-room multipurpose suite and a curved 1.2 mm NanoLumens Nixel direct view LED wall in the vestibule.
- WHO/PAHO: we installed a Televic conference and interpretation system across PAHO's conference rooms and interpretation booths, including 164 uniCOS T/MM10 multimedia delegate units and 26 Lingua ID-MM interpreter consoles.
How we work.
We handle engineering, control-system programming, project management, and installation. We coordinate the systems, controls, and infrastructure. Then we install, configure, and test the complete system.
We also integrate consultant-designed systems, as at Brookings Institution's Falk Auditorium. In that broadcast and production environment, we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED, with 3840 by 2160 resolution. Our scope there included installation, programming, commissioning, and handover documentation.
After installation, we support the system. Monitoring requires a support contract; service coverage follows your agreement.

Since 2020, we have built Microsoft Teams Rooms for NBCUniversal on more than 80 projects, supplying 169 Logitech Tap room-system bundles and 157 Crestron Flex systems. Alongside the rooms, we have supplied 409 Logitech Tap Scheduler panels for NBCUniversal offices and station affiliates.

Can you standardize meeting rooms across locations?
Yes. We coordinate engineering, control programming, and deployment across your organization. Standardized rooms give people familiar controls as they move between locations. See enterprise integration.
Do you support systems that another integrator installed?
Yes. We support existing ITI and third-party audiovisual deployments. Managed services include 24/7 system monitoring, remote support through our VNOC help desk, on-premise service, and AV-as-a-Service options. General support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Submit after-hours requests through the portal or by email.
