Audiovisual environments for faculty, staff, and students.

What we build and integrate.
We engineer, program, integrate, and support audiovisual systems for higher education: instructional AV, auditoriums, and meeting and common spaces. Support continues after installation.
- Since 2020, we have delivered 342 Crestron DM NVX encoder and decoder endpoints to Georgetown University Law Center.
- At Georgetown Law, room audio uses Biamp Tesira processing and 222 Parle beamtracking ceiling microphones.
- Meeting and common spaces: conference rooms and shared spaces.
At the University of San Diego's Jenny Craig Pavilion, we installed 14 Fulcrum Acoustic DX1226 loudspeakers and 14 SUB118 subwoofers, driven by 11 Powersoft Unica 9K4 amplifiers, with Q-SYS Core 8 Flex processing and a Yamaha DM3-D mixer.
At CarMax Park, home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels, we installed 145 Fulcrum Acoustic loudspeakers and subwoofers, including CX1226, CX826, and Sub118 models, with 42 Powersoft Unica amplifiers, Q-SYS Core X10 processing, and two Yamaha DM7 Compact consoles.
At Hampton University's Convocation Center, we installed Fulcrum Acoustic FH1596 and CCX loudspeakers with eight CS118 subwoofers, seven Powersoft Unica 12K4 amplifiers, Q-SYS Core 8 Flex processing, and a Midas M32 Live console.
How we work.
On design/build projects, we handle engineering, control-system programming, project management, and installation. We coordinate systems, controls, and infrastructure, then install, configure, and verify the complete system. We also integrate consultant-designed systems, including Brookings Institution's Falk Auditorium, where we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED in a broadcast and production environment.
Our internal teams and subcontractor network have worked together for more than a decade.
Our managed services monitor and support new and existing systems, including systems installed by other integrators. Monitoring requires a support contract.
Related work.
At Georgetown University Law Center, we installed 53 Crestron CP4N control processors, 35 TSD-2220 21.5-inch touch displays, and 40 TSW, TS, and TSS touch screens across classrooms and other rooms between 2020 and 2026. Read the case study.

Frequently asked questions.
Can you support hybrid and remote teaching?
Yes. At Georgetown Law, our work supported the transition to a fully remote semester, and room checks covered remote participation.
What support is available after installation?
General support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Managed services include 24/7 system monitoring, remote support through our VNOC help desk, on-premise service, and AV-as-a-Service options. Coverage and response commitments follow your agreement. For a service issue, contact support, name the affected room or system, and describe the problem. Explore managed services.
How long does planning a major deployment take?
Planning for major deployments typically takes months.
How does a university buy from ITI?
