Managed
services.
Keep your audiovisual and unified-communications environment ready for the next meeting.

What a service plan covers.
We provide managed services for new and existing AV/UC deployments, including systems installed by other integrators. A plan can include monitoring, remote support, on-premise service, and AV-as-a-Service options.
- System monitoring: 24/7 monitoring for AV, conferencing, and connected peripherals, with device visibility and real-time notifications.
- Remote support: through the ITI VNOC help desk.
- On-premise service: scoped to your agreement.
- AV-as-a-Service: scoped to your agreement.
How we work.
We set the level of care with you. Your service agreement defines coverage, hours, and response commitments. We coordinate the details, verify the complete system, and support it after installation.
Beltsville, Maryland is our headquarters and operational hub for the Eastern US, serving the Washington, DC and Baltimore regions. Our Los Angeles office supports Western US clients and service needs.

At WHO/PAHO in Washington, DC, we installed a Televic conference and interpretation system with 164 uniCOS T/MM10 multimedia delegate units and 26 Lingua ID-MM interpreter consoles. We delivered the installation across 2023 and early 2024, provided warranty maintenance in 2024, and maintain weekly and biannual systems acceptance-testing checklists for the site.
At the Brookings Institution Falk Auditorium, we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED in a broadcast and production environment. We support the auditorium systems under a maintenance agreement with event and remote support.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you support systems that ITI did not install?
Yes. We support new and existing AV/UC deployments, including third-party installations. After an assessment, we set the intake requirements and plan scope around your systems and needs. There is no standard package.
What are your support hours and response times?
We offer 24/7 system monitoring. General support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. After hours, submit requests through the service portal or by email. Your service agreement defines contract-specific hours and response commitments.
Do you offer AV-as-a-Service?
Yes. ITI owns the hardware and systems; you do not own or capitalize them. You pay one monthly fee, and we handle the rest under a service-level agreement (SLA) set to your needs, up to full-time on-site staff. Refresh fees may apply as systems age. They become mandatory only after five years and can be amortized.
How do I open a service request?
Go to Client support to open a ticket. Describe the issue, include the affected room or system, and attach any useful details. You can also email support@itisystems.com or call (240) 744-0123.
Let’s get to work.
