Monitoring
solutions.
A clearer view of the devices and systems your teams depend on.

What a monitoring program includes.
We build monitoring around each customer's audiovisual systems and support needs. Monitoring requires an ITI support contract.
We help align monitoring with the systems you operate and the teams responsible for them. A program can include:
- Device visibility across your connected audiovisual environment.
- Real-time notifications that help your team identify what needs attention.
- Analytics in a dashboard that brings information from manufacturer portals together.
- Local monitoring and self-healing actions for air-gapped networks.
How we work.
We engineer, program, integrate, and support audiovisual systems. We coordinate the details, verify the complete system, and support it after installation. We set the level of care with you.
Our managed services cover new and existing deployments, including systems installed by other integrators. They include 24/7 monitoring for AV, conferencing, and connected peripherals. Under a managed-service agreement, remote support comes through the ITI VNOC help desk. On-premise service, coverage, and response commitments follow your agreement.
Related work.
At the Brookings Institution Falk Auditorium, we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED in a broadcast and production environment. We support the auditorium systems under a maintenance agreement with event and remote support.
Monitoring tools and credentials.
Systems and brands
We connect manufacturer portals through their application programming interfaces (APIs) in one dashboard that monitors the information you specify and provides analytics.
- Manufacturer portals: Crestron XiO Cloud, Q-SYS Reflect.
- Notification path: a Q-SYS Core and an email handler.
These are examples of the tools we can combine; the configuration is specific to each customer.
Credentials
Our team holds:
- AVIXA: CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D.
- AXELOS: ITIL. CompTIA: Sec+.
- Audinate: Dante Level 1 and Dante Level 2.
- QSC: Q-SYS Level 1 and Q-SYS Level 2.
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a support contract for monitoring?
Yes. You need an ITI support contract to use monitoring. We build the monitoring functions around your systems and the information you need.
Can monitoring run on an air-gapped network?
Yes. We can run an open-weight model on a bare-metal appliance at your site. The model can perform self-healing actions locally without WAN access. We can also configure notifications through a Q-SYS Core and an email handler, with the notification path defined for your system.
What are your support hours?
General support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. After hours, submit requests through the service portal or by email. Your service agreement defines contract-specific support hours and response commitments. To report a problem, go to Client support, email support@itisystems.com, or call (240) 744-0123. Describe the issue, include the affected room or system, and attach useful details.
