Enterprise

Consistent technology across rooms, buildings, and locations.

Enterprise integration.

What we build and integrate.

We engineer, program, integrate, and support audiovisual systems across rooms and sites. We coordinate engineering, control programming, project management, and installation for enterprise projects. Standardized deployments give people familiar controls as they move between locations.

We integrate small collaboration spaces, larger meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, and presentation systems.

  • At the Fiserv Innovation Center, we installed 12 NanoLumens direct view LED walls, including a curved 1.2 mm NanoLumens Nixel direct view LED wall.
  • At Fiserv, video moves over 401 Crestron DM NVX encoder and decoder endpoints, controlled by Crestron CP4 processors and VC-4 virtual control room licenses.
  • At Brookings Institution's Falk Auditorium, we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED in a broadcast and production environment.

How we work.

On design/build projects, we handle engineering, control-system programming, project management, and installation, then configure and verify the complete system.

We also integrate consultant-designed systems, including the Brookings Institution project. Our scope there included installation, programming, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Our internal teams and subcontractor network have worked together for more than a decade. We maintain tight control of every installation; subcontractors work under ITI full-time staff supervision. We stage and test systems in Beltsville when logistically possible.

Since 2020, we have built Microsoft Teams Rooms for NBCUniversal on more than 80 projects, supplying 169 Logitech Tap room-system bundles and 157 Crestron Flex systems. Read the case study.

Frequently asked questions.

How do you cover projects across locations?

Our Beltsville headquarters serves the Eastern US. Our Los Angeles office serves the Western US. We maintain tight control of every installation. Subcontractors work under ITI full-time staff supervision.

What do you check when commissioning a room?

For NBCUniversal Teams rooms, our standard checklist covers room-account sign-in, a test call with far-end audio and video confirmed, camera control, mute, content sharing, USB device-mode BYOD, and scheduling panel registration. We also record each device's serial number.

What support do you provide after installation?

General support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. After hours, submit requests through the service portal or email our support team. Managed services include 24/7 system monitoring, remote support through our VNOC help desk, on-premise service, and AV-as-a-Service options. Monitoring requires a support contract. Coverage and response commitments follow your agreement. Explore managed services.

How does procurement work for a rollout?

We select hardware and software with you, confirm availability, and coordinate procurement. For a quote, send the product name, quantity, and requirements to our sourcing team. Federal buyers can use GSA Contract 47QSMA20D08QG and NASA SEWP VI Contract 80TECH26D0661.
