WHO/PAHO executive conference room with an integrated video wall

What we build and integrate.

We engineer, integrate, and support video conferencing systems for meeting rooms, classrooms, and conference centers. Our experience spans enterprise organizations, universities, NGOs, and the US military. We coordinate room controls, audio, video, and content sharing around the way your teams communicate.

We build single-room and multi-site systems for small collaboration spaces, executive boardrooms, lecture halls, and auditoriums. We integrate cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, displays, conferencing hardware, content sharing, and room control.

  • WHO/PAHO: camera coverage includes 16 Panasonic AW-UE100 4K NDI PTZ cameras with 24x optical zoom and seven Panasonic AW-UE150 4K 20x PTZ cameras.
  • Fiserv Innovation Center: conferencing runs on Microsoft Teams through 96 Crestron Flex room systems and 38 Logitech Tap Microsoft Teams Rooms bundles.
  • Brookings Institution: the auditorium runs both a Crestron Flex UC-C100-T Microsoft Teams Rooms kit and a Crestron Flex UC-C100-Z Zoom Rooms kit.

How we work.

We coordinate the systems, controls, and infrastructure. Then we install, configure, and test the complete system. On enterprise programs, we handle engineering, control-system programming, project management, and installation. Standardized deployments give people familiar controls across locations.

We also integrate consultant-designed systems, as at Brookings Institution's Falk Auditorium. In that broadcast and production environment, we installed an ATS Pro 1.2 mm direct view LED wall by Taylor LED. Our scope there included installation, programming, commissioning, and handover documentation.

We support the system after installation. Managed services include 24/7 system monitoring, remote support through our VNOC help desk, on-premise service, and AV-as-a-Service options, scoped to your agreement. Monitoring requires a support contract.

Since 2020, we have built Microsoft Teams Rooms for NBCUniversal on more than 80 projects, supplying 169 Logitech Tap room-system bundles and 157 Crestron Flex systems.
