How we deliver.
We engineer the systems, controls, and infrastructure, then install, configure, and verify them. After installation, we offer monitoring and support.
On federal projects we determine the equipment needed, deliver CAD drawings, acquire the materials, and install and configure the equipment to the customer's specifications.

- Air defense sectors: since 2023 we have supported AV installations at the Western, Eastern, Alaska, and Pacific Air Defense Sectors (WADS, EADS, AADS, and PADS). Our scope included pre-installation test and checkout for the Western and Eastern sectors and on-site installation at all four, as a subcontractor to the prime integrator. In 2026 we returned for a four-site follow-on with on-site installation at each site.
- Neller Center: we provide command center AV installation and support at the General Robert B. Neller Center for Wargaming and Analysis, a wargaming facility. Systems we support include Daktronics 1.2 mm direct view LED walls, Extron Quantum Ultra video wall processing, and a Thinklogical TLX fiber KVM and video matrix.
- US Army Futures Command: we carried out on-site audiovisual and conferencing installation across three engagements in 2020 and 2021, including VTC suite installation, VTC power control and DSP configuration, and CATV work.
- We have installed AV systems as an installation subcontractor at naval undersea surveillance facilities at CONUS and OCONUS sites.
- NASA Headquarters Earth Information Center: a public-exhibit video wall. In 2023 we furnished and installed Samsung The Wall IW008A direct view LED cabinets with a 0.84 mm pixel pitch. The wall is served by an Analog Way Picturall MSP16 MKII media server and a BrightSign XC4055 four-output player.

Managed services include system monitoring, VNOC remote support, on-premise services, and AV-as-a-Service options. Monitoring requires a support contract. Coverage and response commitments follow your agreement. Contact support.
